嗨，大家好！又來到了每週英文的時間啦！我們今天要分享多益考題經常出現的單字跟句型（第一部分），這可是非常重要的喔。廢話不多說，我們開始囉！ 1. Procedure：（n.）手續；程序 Proceed（v.）進展；進行 Procedural（adj.）程序上的例句：The procedure for patent application is outlined on the APTO Web site. APTO 網站大略敘述了申請專利的手續。 2. Negative：（adj.）負面的；消極的例句：The new vacation policy received negative feedback from the employees. 新的休假政策得到了員工的負面反應。 3. Mandate：（v.）使⋯成為必須做的；授權給⋯（n.）授權；命令例句1: The board of directors has mandated an increase for research funding. 董事會下令增加研究資金。例句2: Congress gave the committee a mandate to make budget cuts. 議會給了委員會刪減預算的權限。 4. Effect：（n.）（法律等的）效力；效果；影響（v.）造成結果 Effective（adj.）有效的 Effectively（adv.）有效的 in effect （法律等）有效力的；實施的 come into effect 實施；生效 take effect （法律等）生效；實施 have an effect on 對⋯有影響 secondary effect 次級效應 put into effect 使生效 Apply 實施例句1: The incentive policy will be in effect starting next week. 獎勵金制度將從下週開始生效。例句2: He effected a sudden change in the company’s expansion plan. 他對公司的擴張計畫做出了突然的改變。 5. Drastically：（adv.）激烈的；大幅的；徹底的 Drastic（adj.）激烈的；極端的例句：Fines for breaking rules have been drastically increased. 違反規則的罰金被大幅增加了。 6. According to：（phr.）根據⋯；依照⋯ 例句：All transactions must be handled according to the guidelines. 所有交易都必須依照指導方針處理。 7. Enable：（v.）使⋯能夠（做某事）例句：Jenny’s promotion enabled her to participate in the board meeting. 升職使珍妮能夠參加董事會議。 8. Standard：（n.）標準 Standardize（v.）使標準化例句：The company must make changes to the current safety standards. 那間公司必須改變目前的安全標準。 9. Constant：（adj.）持續的；不斷的 Constantly（adv.）不斷的例句：The store received constant inquiries about its new return policy. 這間店一直收到關於新退貨政策的詢問。 10.
