美國眾議院議長南希裴洛西公開聲援香港遊行，敦促美國推出香港人權法案
她在公開聲明中表示
“我們期待參議員盧比奧，主席吉姆麥戈文和國會議員克里斯史密斯，在未來幾天推出新
的兩黨香港人權與民主法案。
眾議院與參議員麥康奈爾、政府和所有譴責這一危險的引渡立法的人團結一致。
美國與香港人站在一起”
《香港人權與民主法案》法案目的, 是對涉及鎮壓香港基本自由的香港或中國大陸的政府
官員，設立懲罰機制，包括禁止涉事官員入境美國及凍結其在美國之資產.

aw the current bill and explore alternatives that preserve #HongKong’s autono
my and protect human rights and the rule of law.
3/ As the people of #HongKong continue peaceful demonstrations, the Police Com
missioner and Secretary for Security should direct #HongKong police to refrain
from using excessive force and intimidation and I urge them to protect the ri
ght to free expression.
4/ Strong protections for human rights and rule of law are the foundation of H
ong Kong’s prosperity & flourishing U.S.-Hong Kong relations. If the extradit
ion law passes, Congress must look to revise the Hong Kong Policy Act of 1992
to reflect the erosion of autonomy.
5/5 This week I will join @marcorubio & @RepChrisSmith in introducing the “HK
Human Rights & Democracy Act” to reaffirm U.S. commitment to human rights &t
he rule of law at a time when Hong Kong’s autonomy is imperiled by Chinese g

我覺得不會過 應該說過了效果也不大 因為要凍結「香港」「中國」的高官 照這樣看最後背鍋的一定是香港的高官 所以對中共來說好像沒什麼差
